The project explores the potential of a single-use restroom. The single-use restroom was limited to a bounding box of 8’x8’x16’. lying, a toilet and sink, and an experience that lasts no longer than 15 minutes.
The single-use restroom doubles as a resting area. The word restroom is misleading since rest implies sitting or laying down. 15 minutes is the ideal time for a nap. The project provides an area of rest that can be sat in or laid upon. The structure has pillars that can be used as seat dividers or support for a hammock.
